We’re hiring

Game Developer

Full-Time / Hybrid

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Game Developer to build and improve our mobile games in Unity. You’ll work across gameplay, UI, progression and the systems that connect them, taking features from an early idea to a polished player experience.

At 2Moons, a lean team works with AI and tools we’re building in-house. We’re looking for someone who brings strong engineering judgment, cares about how a game feels and actively improves the way the team works.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain gameplay systems, interactions and UI flows in Unity and C#.
  • Turn design ideas into playable prototypes, then develop them into reliable, maintainable features.
  • Implement progression, content and economy systems, working closely with design and the wider team.
  • Integrate game services, analytics, live operations, advertising and in-app purchases where the product requires them.
  • Profile and improve performance, memory use, loading and stability across iOS and Android devices.
  • Create or improve editor tools and content workflows that help the team build, test and iterate effectively.
  • Use AI-assisted development for exploration, implementation, debugging and documentation; review and verify the output before it becomes part of the game.
  • Write appropriate tests, investigate issues and contribute to code reviews and release readiness.
  • Keep technical knowledge accessible through clear documentation and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience developing games with Unity and C#.
  • Experience delivering mobile game features, with an understanding of the journey from prototype to release and ongoing updates.
  • Strong fundamentals in gameplay architecture, state management, debugging and performance optimization.
  • An understanding of client-service integration, asynchronous flows and persistent player data.
  • An AI-first working mindset: practical experience using coding assistants or agents, breaking work into clear tasks and giving them useful context.
  • The ability to explain, review, test and maintain AI-assisted code, with ownership of its correctness and quality.
  • Careful handling of source code, credentials and player or company data when working with AI tools.
  • Comfort collaborating through version control and code review, taking initiative and communicating tradeoffs in a focused team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with casual or puzzle games, progression systems and live game updates.
  • Experience with Unity editor tooling, content pipelines, automated builds or testing.
  • Experience integrating analytics, remote configuration, ad mediation or in-app purchases.
  • Familiarity with data-driven game systems, reusable tooling and AI-assisted team workflows.
  • A strong sense of game feel, usability and the small details that make a player experience better.

Let’s build together.
